Elaine Wang is a NYC based professional makeup artist specializing in beauty, bridal, commercial, fashion, and film.

After graduating with a B.S. in Psychology from Cornell University in 2022, she finally decided to step outside the “traditional” academic path she once boxed herself into. Instead, she channeled her affinity for working with people towards a lifelong love of makeup.

Elaine attributes her extensive product knowledge and ability to cater to a diverse range of clients to her time working at the makeup counter. Representing leading brands such as MAC, NARS, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, and Pat McGrath Labs laid the foundation for her artistry and technique. She has since found herself working backstage at New York Fashion Week, glamming clients for red carpet events, assisting top artists on campaigns, and more.

Elaine’s signature style is a mix of clean beauty, grunge glam, and whimsical editorial. She strongly believes that makeup’s power extends far beyond “looking pretty” — it’s about expression, storytelling, and empowerment.
